REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At ABBRISHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Beauty products that have been opened or tested
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges are subject to availability.
